Anon people are worse. They believe they can get away with a multitude of sins because they can't be seen. But this is very creepy. While I don't think you're at risk at the moment, I would say go further than just banning their email and ban their IP as by the sound of it she (if she is a she) is stalking you on message boards too. Maybe ask around and see if anyone knows who she is. Keep a record of anything she sends you. Because if it does escalate you'll need evidence against her.

Though I hope it's just a silly fan who is completely harmless and nothing will come of this. But better to be safe than sorry. Don't panic or worry, just calmly make a few inquiries about her and ask the mods of the message boards or other sites you frequent to keep an eye on her. Unless she's talking about a blog... then it comes to you to find who she is and banning her. Or collect information based on the comments she makes to you.
